You Pick Your Tasks
We give you a board of real open tasks. You pick what excites you, what matches your skills, what you want to learn.
No Fixed Hours
Work at 2pm or 2am. From Patiala, Jaipur, or Bangalore. We don't track time. We track output.
Ship Fast
Tasks have clear milestones and outcomes. You finish one, you move to the next. No waiting for approvals on things that don't need them.
Own Your Work
Every piece of work has your name on it internally. You'll get credit, feedback, and a reference that means something.

Performance Marketing Intern
You'll run real Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for actual clients. Build, test, optimise. If you've ever wanted to know what a ₹50,000 ad budget feels like to manage — this is it.
Full Stack Development Intern
Build real client websites, internal tools, and automation systems. Your code goes live. Real users use it. We work in Next.js, TypeScript, and whatever the right tool is for the job.
AI & Automation Intern
Build WhatsApp bots, AI voice agents, n8n workflows, and automation pipelines for businesses. If you've played with LLMs and want to build things that actually get used — this is your role.
Content & Social Media Intern
Create content that actually performs. Instagram reels, LinkedIn posts, carousels — for Zynri and for clients. If you understand what makes people stop scrolling, we want you.
Business Development Intern
Help Zynri grow. Research potential clients, craft outreach, sit on discovery calls, help close projects. If you want to understand how a business actually gets clients — you'll learn more here in 2 months than most MBAs do.
